Sprint Palm Pre can be supoosedly Pre-Ordered

I emailed Sprint the other day to find out details on when the new Palm Pre will be available. This is what I got:

It’s obvious Sprint Reps don’t know what they are talking about. The link they direct you to is the link that lets you sign up for information on the phone when it is released. So then I asked..
