T-Mobile is aware that its network is down and experiencing some issues. Supposedly only 5% of its customers are impacted. It is twitter hottest topic, people are constantly tweeting about T-Mobile down. Well I guess T-Mobile has to turn off its network in order to provide its new cheap unlimited plan
