Sprint today announced its first ever 4G handset with HTC.  The handset is really loaded with top features including Google Android OS.  The Cell Phone name was rumored to be HTC supersonic but has be dubbed to be HTC Evo 4G.  Sprint said the device will be available this summer and will run data on the WiMax network.

Most notable specs:

  • 4.3 inch screen
  • micro SD supports up 32 GB
  • 1 GB on board memory
  • 8 MP Camera with LED Flash
  • Take HD movie at 720p

Awesync solves Notes Calendar Syncing with Google Calendar

I use Lotus Notes at work and have been dying for a tool to sync my notes calendar with Google Calendar.  Awesync allows you to just do that.  And yes there is a GUI to it.  Its fairly easy to use.

1. Download it

2. Install it

3. Click Settings to set it up

4. Retrieve Calendars

5. Select Calendar to sync with

6. Save Settings

7. Click Sync. (note I suggest having a separate work calendar on google, Sync will sync enteries on your google calendar to notes, you may not want that)
