Amazon.com down

Amazon.com was pinged from multiple locations and has appeared to be down for better part of the afternoon on Friday June 6th. Access to site appeared to be restored at 2:00pm CST. It is unclear how many hours the site was down or what was the cause of this.

Reports: Yahoo to Buy Facebook for $1 billion

Looks like Mark Zuckerberg has finally decided to sell Facebook for 1 billion dollars. He refused to sell it last year for 750 million. Similar site, Myspace sold for 580 million just last year. Microsoft and Viacom had expressed interest in the popular website.
