Sprint Account Services says no to order pre over phone
I had a conversation with Sprint’s Account Services and they claim that you can not order the Palm Pre through them. The only place you can get it is at Walmart, Sprint Store, Best Buy or Radioshack. This a true disappointment for those customers that have been classified as Premier customers. Premier customers get first dibs on new phones… With this, that is not the case. The Account Service rep told me that I will have to stand in line to get the phone (lines ha they are really expecting the phone to be hot.. sprint also expect lines for the initial release of instinct.) Of course this phone is more hyped and are expecting a shortage. I guess I will be in line Saturday morning. They better have enough phones to meet initial demand.
