Microsoft is taking a page out of Apples OS playbook. Windows 7 task-bar has a similar feel to Mac’s icon dock. The Window’s task bar has only the icon displayed now. If the application is running the icon will be embossed look to it.

Windows new OS coming soon

Steve Ballmer announced that Microsoft with release beta of Windows Cloud Oriented Operating System this month. The release will be for developers to develop applications for the new OS. The OS is different from Windows 7.
